Everything You Need to Know
Every celebration comes with questions, and that’s completely normal. Here are the answers we share most often, so you can plan with confidence.
Whether you’re just beginning to explore ideas or finalizing the last details, our goal is to make the bar portion of your celebration simple, transparent, and enjoyable.
Getting Started
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples check their date six to twelve months out. If yours is sooner, reach out anyway, we’ll always do our best to accommodate your celebration.
What information do you need to prepare a quote?
Your date, venue or location, guest count, and a sense of the experience you’re imagining. From there, we build a quote tailored to your celebration.
Do you require a retainer or deposit?
Yes, a 30% deposit secures your date.
What happens after we book?
We’ll talk through your celebration and put together an itemized quote. Once you approve it, we send a formal agreement and collect your deposit. From there, we stay in touch and plan the remaining details together as your day gets closer.
How quickly will we hear back after submitting an inquiry?
Most inquiries receive a personalized response within one business day.
How We Serve
Can we book bartenders without the trailer?
Yes. Our Bartending Service brings the same trained bartenders and handcrafted cocktails to your existing venue or bar, without the trailer. See Packages & Pricing for details.
Can you serve beer and wine only?
Yes, Beer & Wine Service is its own package for celebrations centered around beer, wine, and champagne.
Can we customize the experience, including signature cocktails?
Yes. Signature cocktails, garnishes, and presentation can all be tailored to your celebration, including a fully custom cocktail menu as an enhancement.
How many bartenders will we need?
As a general guide, we recommend one bartender per 75 guests, and we’ll help confirm the right number for your event.
What types of celebrations do you serve?
Weddings are our primary focus, and we also host private parties and corporate events. Take a look at our gallery for examples.
Can you work with our wedding planner or venue coordinator?
Absolutely. We’re happy to coordinate directly with your planner or venue coordinator so every detail lines up seamlessly.
The Practical Details
Who provides the alcohol?
To comply with Texas regulations, alcohol is supplied by the client, and we’re glad to help make sense of what that means for your event.
Do you provide ice?
Yes, with Signature Cocktail Service. Bartender-only service is a great fit if you already have your own ice and supplies on hand.
How much ice is included?
We bring 200 pounds of ice per event, with more available in advance for larger guest counts.
Are mixers and garnishes included?
Yes, with Signature Cocktail Service. Bartender-only clients provide their own.
Do you provide cups, napkins, and straws?
Yes, as part of Signature Cocktail Service. These are on the client for bartender-only service.
What does the client provide for bartender-only service?
Alcohol, mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, and bar supplies. We bring the bartenders, tools, and expertise.
Will you help us determine how much alcohol to purchase?
Yes. We’ll provide a detailed shopping list based on your guest count and selected menu, so you’re not guessing what or how much to buy.
More Than a Place for Drinks
This is the space your guests will gather around, before we walk through the practical details.
The Setting
How much space does the trailer require?
Roughly 18 by 12 feet of space for the trailer and bar setup.
Does the trailer need electricity?
Electricity is required for evening and nighttime events. If your celebration is during the day, let us know your setup and we’ll confirm what’s needed.
Does it need access to water?
No, water hookups are not required.
Can the trailer be used indoors?
Yes, as long as the building’s opening is large enough. The trailer stands about seven feet tall and roughly ten feet wide.
What happens if it rains?
We’ll help move the celebration indoors or adjust the setup so it continues without a hitch. It’s happened before, and it went beautifully.
How early do you arrive for setup?
Roughly an hour and a half before your event begins.
Is setup and breakdown included?
Yes, always. We arrive early and break down completely once the celebration winds down.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes, we’re fully licensed and insured for your peace of mind.
What to Expect
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on your service style (per guest, per bartender hour, or a flat rate for beer and wine), plus travel and gratuity. Full details are on our Packages & Pricing page.
Is gratuity included?
Yes, a 20% service gratuity is included transparently, so there are never any surprises.
Is there a travel fee?
Yes, travel is based on your venue’s location. Most events begin around $100, and we’ll include the exact cost in your proposal.
Can we make changes after booking?
Most adjustments, like guest count, added hours, or additional bartenders, can be accommodated. Just let us know as early as possible so we can update your proposal accordingly.
Will we receive a custom quote?
Yes, every quote is built around your specific celebration, never a generic package.
